What is your delivery time for your online kits?
We usually aim to delivery your staircase kit within 5-7 working days from place of order.
Do you supply 1100mm spindle length?
Will my kit comply with building regulations?
Each kit length has been designed and is supplied with the relevant number of spindles to comply with building regulations.
What happens if I need more components, i.e. newel posts?
Extra components can be purchased from our online store under the spares section in the relevant design of your choice.
